Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Two or more years of experience as a Controller or in a similar accounting position responsible for the management of key accounting functions Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, GAAP and internal control principles. Experience in direct supervision and management of personnel Advanced knowledge in

Microsoft Office Professional Suite Preferred:

CPA Experience in retail and/or non-profit organization

Responsibilities:

Supervises the Controller and accounting operations Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Oversee treasury and cash management Manages organizational banking relationships Provides financial analysis and decision support As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
