As a VP of Finance, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by supporting our agency in its day to day operations, which includes our network of the thrift stores; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Two or more years of experience as a Controller or in a similar accounting position responsible for the management of key accounting functions Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, GAAP and internal control principles. Experience in direct supervision and management of personnel Advanced knowledge inMicrosoft Office Professional Suite Preferred:
CPA Experience in retail and/or non-profit organizationResponsibilities:
Supervises the Controller and accounting operations Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Oversee treasury and cash management Manages organizational banking relationships Provides financial analysis and decision support As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
