We are seeking a Finance Director to lead finance operations across our Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and Fruitland markets. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to operational, clinical, and executive leaders, helping shape decisions that drive organizational performance, growth, and long-term financial sustainability. As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage financial, operational, and market insights to influence strategy, guide investments, optimize resources, and support key business initiatives. What You Can Expect:

Shape strategy and drive results by partnering with executive leaders to evaluate opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and influence decisions that impact growth, performance, and long-term sustainability. Lead high-impact financial planning and analysis , including business cases, capital investments, service line strategies, resource planning, and other key organizational initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor and change leader , translating data into actionable insights while fostering financial accountability and operational excellence across the business. Influence enterprise-wide priorities through cross-functional leadership, helping align teams, resources, and financial strategies in support of organizational goals. Develop future finance leaders by coaching and mentoring Business Partners and Senior Business Partners while strengthening financial acumen across the organization.

Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree

Experience:

Ten (10) years' relevant experience
