What You'll Help Accomplish Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee field payroll, fixed assets and corporate insurance administration Drive invoicing, collections, job cost analysis and quarter-end close Partner with operational leaders to support business performance Help steward the financial health of a 100+ year-old company What We're Looking For At least 5-7 years of accounting experience Construction accounting experience preferred Experience with payroll, job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion accounting Strong Excel skills CPA preferred High integrity, strong judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset Why Luse?
