full-time We're adding a Senior Vice President of Finance to our executive team: someone ready to shape financial strategy, build a strong finance organization, and serve as a true partner to the CEO as we move into our next chapter of growth. The Charge Set the financial strategy for the organization, working in close partnership with the CEO and executive team Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance organization Own financial reporting, board presentations, and investor/stakeholder communications Guide capital allocation, investment analysis, and long-range planning decisions Identify opportunities to improve margin and operational efficiency across the business Champion the use of data and analytics to inform major business decisions Represent Finance in executive and board-level strategic discussions What We're Looking For 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior/executive-level roles A track record of building financial strategy and infrastructure within a growing organization Strong experience with financial reporting, capital planning, and board-level communication Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred Excellent executive presence, with the ability to influence both up and across the organization
