What you will be doing as our Assistant Controller Leads the process for preparation and review of internal and external financial statements including drafting and review of footnote disclosures and preparation of cash flow statement Provide technical accounting analysis for complex transactions in accordance with GAAP including review of contracts, documentation of analysis, and conclusions Prepare materials, support, and participate in the Disclosure Committee Provide support to FP&A throughout the quarterly earnings process and assist with the review of the earnings script and supplemental materials; Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings press release, including the narrative and financial tables; Remain current on new and upcoming accounting guidance issued by the FASB and SEC; Act as a primary liaison with external auditors in conjunction with annual year-end audit and interim reviews What you need for the Assistant Controller role: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting preferred Minimum of 5 years relevant, professional experience Advanced Excel Candidate much have a strong work ethic, attentive to detail and excel in a fast-paced environment.
