Controller Safety Storage, Inc. (Charleston, IL) seeks a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability, manage working capital, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting, cost accounting, GL, inventory, and cash management Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Provide financial analysis and support pricing strategies Manage banking, audits, and external relationships Supervise HR, payroll, and benefits functions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (required) CMA/CPA preferred 5+ years of accrual accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge; QuickBooks & MS Office preferred Strong analytical and communication skills

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
