Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance & Administration to provide executive leadership for the organization's financial and administrative operations. This executive role is responsible for leading finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, human resources, information technology, risk management, and administrative functions while partnering with executive leadership to drive profitability and long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Develop long-term financial strategies to support business growth, acquisitions, and capital investments. Oversee accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, and audits. Monitor profitability across multiple business lines and analyze operating costs. Manage banking relationships, financing, and capital expenditure planning. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory requirements. Oversee Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, Insurance, and administrative operations. Establish strong internal controls and improve financial systems and operational processes. Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. Improve organizational structure, business processes, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Experience in construction, logistics, transportation, mining, aggregates, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, job costing, inventory valuation, and fleet management metrics. Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced financial modeling. Demonstrated success leading finance and administrative functions. Preferred Qualifications MBA and/or CPA preferred. Pay:
