Salary:

Corporate Controller:
- Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, Tax, and Cash Management.
- Oversee month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting within established timelines.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage internal controls, risk mitigation efforts, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel while managing departmental objectives and performance.
Corporate Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 10+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 7+ years of accounting leadership experience managing AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and CAPEX functions.
- 7+ years of SAP experience; CPA and Master's degree preferred.
