• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably as a Financial Controller
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies and performance metrics
• Experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
