• Specific responsibilities

Assistant Controller:

Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid(s) and accruals, revenue recognition and financial statement preparation Prepare budgets / forecasts and provide ongoing financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making Familiarity with job costing, WIP and inventory Ability to conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies Prepare all work papers for external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation Protects assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls Ability to assist other departments when needed (hands-on) and perform other related duties as assigned Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed Protects assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls The position works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the Company Experience Preferred

• Assistant Controller Bachelors in Accounting or Finance 7-10 years of experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting #
