Controller:
- Lead month-end close and oversee cash management functions
- Manage and develop a team (AR, AP, and Staff Accountant)
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations
- Partner with leadership to support business decision-making Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in industries with tangible assets (inventory and fixed assets required)
