About This Role We are seeking a Controller with strong experience in variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis for our Chicago manufacturing client. In this role, you will work across the accounting and finance organization and with the business to provide reporting and analysis that provides actionable direction for the business across multiple plants. This role requires the extensive manufacturing experience, understanding of costing, and the ability to balance multiple objectives at once. What You Will Work On
  • Serve as Controller for 5 plants
  • Weekly and monthly forecasting
  • Month-end variance analysis
  • Budget and weekly outlook
  • Partnering with the plants on AP exceptions What You Will Bring
  • Significant manufacturing experience, ideally at both the plant and corporate level
  • Variance analysis experience
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Controllership experience
  • Proficiency in SAP
