Benefits & Extras Direct visibility to the President and platform-level finance leaders High-impact role in a company undergoing exciting operational transformation Opportunity to lead and influence accounting practices company-wide Supportive leadership team invested in continuous improvement A clear path to shaping the finance function as ERP upgrades unfold Compensation $150,000 base salary (DOE) Annual Bonus Potential What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting Partner with senior leadership to align finance strategy with business objectives Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the company Analyze financial performance and develop cost/margin improvement strategies Ensure regulatory and internal compliance with accounting standards Supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant Collaborate with corporate finance leaders and prepare for ERP implementation What You'll Need to be Considered Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum of 8 years of solid accounting experience in a manufacturing environment 3 years of leadership experience Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of cost accounting in a production setting Strong ERP system experience Ability to lead a small team through significant organizational change
