Our client is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting operations while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. What You'll Do Lead the accounting and financial reporting function for a complex, multi-entity organization Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business decisions Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Manage external audits and key stakeholder relationships Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team Support long-term growth through strong financial leadership and operational excellence What We're Looking For CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility Public accounting foundation strongly preferred Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives Strong systems and process improvement mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
