Controller

Job DescriptionJob Description My Client that is located in DuPage County has an immediate need for a Controller. The Controller will report directly to the President. This position is a full-time position that will start out as a contract position, but will go permanent. Client will not do sponsorship.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Manufacturing facility as a Controller
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, preferred; will consider Associates degree in Accounting
• CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) highly recommended
• Must have previous supervisory experience with a minimum of 3 employees reporting to you
• Experience using Software for AP/AR, Inventory, Order Entry, etc.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Customer Service/Order Entry
• Domestic/International Logistics
• Product Returns (RMAs)
• Annual Physical Inventory
• IT•HR responsibilities•Produce Financial Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Year-End)•Assist with some regulatory compliance (CA Proposition 65, Conflict Materials, RoHS, PFAS, etc.

)
