Controller Role:
- Lead month‑end close for the Woodstock, IL operation, supporting a ~$20M P&L across two plants
- Prepare and review account reconciliations, including prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation
- Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, overhead rates, and variance analysis (FIFO environment)
- Support and review key inventory calculations such as excess & obsolete reserves, NRV, and capitalized variances
- Partner with operations and engineering to ensure accuracy in BOMs and production costing
- Perform financial analysis and prepare monthly reporting packages for senior leadership and plant management
- Provide clear insights into performance trends and recommend areas for operational and financial improvement Requirements for the
