Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at E & H Tubing located in Brownstown, IN. The Controller will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing cash flow, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The controller participates in management of the operations. Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Experience with financial reporting and preparing financial statements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in human resources and data processing equipment and systems Experience in cost accounting Experience in credit and collection Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification a plus.
