Salary:
$120,000–$130,000 Base +Bonus Location:

Controller:
- Oversee general ledger activity, month-end close, and overall accounting operations.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals.
- Manage external, regulatory, and statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and key finance projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives.
Controller:
- Prior Controller experience or progressive accounting leadership experience.
- Strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Experience within financial services, banking, credit union, or a highly regulated environment preferred.
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
