Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Louisville, KY and Lawrenceburg, KY. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage financial reporting, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. This role includes preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and supervising accounting staff. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance In-depth knowledge of Accounting principles and practices Experience in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring Excellent organizational and supervisory skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred Strong communication and leadership abilities
