Overview of the Controller role:

Month-end closings, financial reporting, and coordinating of audits Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes Fixed Assets Maintenance Job Costing/Reporting Inventory Review Reporting Metrics Provide recommendations for improvements to efficiency and accuracy Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements Maintains financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees Preferred Qualifications for the

Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred Manufacturing experience is a MUST Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, XLOOKUP's Proficiency with a major ERP Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills

Salary:
