$100,000 - $150,000 base salary, depending on experience Position Summary A growing organization in Columbus, IN is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. This role will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and team leadership while partnering with executive management to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day accounting and finance functions Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements Mentor and develop accounting staff Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls Experience leading accounting teams and improving processes Advanced Excel and ERP system experience EB-8185467898
