Job DescriptionJob Description Controller (Injection Molding Manufacturing) Join Our Team We're looking for a hands-on Controller to join our growing injection molding company (≈15 employees). This is a high-impact role where you won't just manage the numbers-you'll help drive the business. As a key member of our management team , you'll partner directly with ownership and operations to improve profitability, efficiency, and decision-making. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, month-end close) Deliver timely financials, budgets, and forecasts Own cost accounting -including resin, labor, scrap, and overhead Analyze job profitability, production costs, and efficiency (cycle times, downtime) Track tooling (molds), equipment, and capital investments Support pricing, quoting, and strategic decisions Help optimize inventory, purchasing, and cash flow What You Bring Accounting or Finance degree + 5+ years of experience Strong cost accounting and inventory background Manufacturing experience (plastics/injection molding a big plus) Excel and systems savvy A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset Why Join Us Be part of the management team with real influence Work closely with ownership in a collaborative environment Make a visible impact on operations and profitability Broad, hands-on role in a stable, growing company
