Controller | Manufacturing | Kansas City (Plant-Facing Leadership Role) Looking for a Controller who wants real visibility and influence at the plant level not just closing books behind the scenes. I'm partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Controller to lead accounting at one of their manufacturing plants. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with operations and senior leadership to drive performance and decision-making.Why this role stands out:

- Full-cycle accounting for the facility (GL, AP, AR, financial reporting)
- Month-end close, reconciliations, and financial accuracy
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with operations
- Deliver insights that impact plant performance and efficiency
- Lead and develop an on-site accounting team What they're looking for:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Manufacturing experience required
- Strong technical foundation in financial reporting and close
