Oversee general accounting operations and financial reporting Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Oversee cash flow and banking relationships Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data Provide timely financial analysis and reporting to executive leadership Support business planning and operational decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA preferred 5+ years of private sector accounting experience required Prior experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role preferred Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills IND 4
