Assistant Controller

Position:

Staff Accountant Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead monthly financial close processes Prepare financial statements for operating locations Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately Analyze and report financial variances Present a rolling three-month financial forecast Conduct rate analysis and provide insights Communicate financial information with operational teams Manage accounting data flow between facilities Support SOX compliance and internal reviews Participate in budgeting and financial planning

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Strong analytical and communication skills Organizational skills Nice to

Public accounting experience CPA or other professional certifications
