Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives. Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support operational decision-making. Serve as a trusted business partner to purchasing, sales, and operations teams on costing, profitability, and financial performance. Lead month-end and year-end close activities for three business units, ensuring accurate consolidation into a single financial reporting package. Review and analyze financial results, reconcile large and complex accounts, and prepare reports for leadership review and approval. Manage financial reporting through SAP and develop detailed reporting and analysis using Excel. Coordinate financial reviews and ensure reporting aligns with corporate policies and accounting standards. Support costing activities and provide financial insight for manufacturing operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4-5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Experience utilizing SAP for financial management and reporting. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
