This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operations, driving business performance, and influencing strategic decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role offers significant exposure to both plant and corporate leadership, providing the opportunity to make a measurable impact on operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business success. The Plant Controller will be responsible for leading all plant-level financial activities, including financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, fixed assets, variance analysis, and compliance. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner to plant leadership while ensuring strong financial governance and supporting key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in automotive manufacturing and a proven track record in plant finance leadership. Experience working within European-headquartered organizations is highly valued, including familiarity with European reporting requirements, internal control frameworks, corporate governance standards, and month-end and year-end close processes.
