We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to leadership, and ensure the organization's financial health and compliance. This position will lead and manage a two-person Finance Department, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and oversight while remaining actively involved in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Sage Intacct experience preferred Experience leading and developing staff Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
