Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic maintenance programs that align with corporate objectives and client expectations. Provide executive oversight for maintenance operations across multiple regions and business units. Ensure world-class safety performance through strict adherence to OSHA regulations, client requirements, and company policies. Oversee annual operating budgets, capital expenditures, forecasting, and financial performance. Improve equipment reliability, asset utilization, and maintenance productivity through data-driven decision making. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, contractors, and strategic partners. Support business development by participating in proposals, contract negotiations, and client presentations. Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
