Robert Half Controller Canton, MA Apply Description Controller - Canton, MA (Onsite → Hybrid Later) Our client is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead all core accounting operations and partner closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, low‑turnover environment. Key Responsibilities Lead A/R, A/P, payroll, GL, reconciliations, and monthly close. Manage and mentor two direct reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and investor reports. Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Manage tax filings and coordinate with auditors. Oversee inventory and cost accounting processes. Monitor cash flow and maintain banking relationships and covenant reporting. Drive process improvements and support cross‑department decision‑making.
