What You'll Bring Strong business judgment and financial acumen, with comfort working with budgets, financial statements, data, and operational metrics. An interest in understanding case costing and the financial drivers of an ASC, including labor, supplies, implants, case mix, and utilization. The ability to work successfully with a wide range of personalities, perspectives, and priorities. Sound judgment, confidence, and strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
