Responsibilities:

Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reporting packages Investigate and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and enhance reporting processes Assist with audit preparation and special financial projects as needed

Preferred Skillsets:

Experience with Sage 300 strongly preferred Background in the construction industry is a plus Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
