For nearly 40 years, The Care Center has empowered young mothers and women facing systemic barriers to continue their education, build economic stability, and create brighter futures for themselves and their families. Through innovative educational programs and comprehensive support services—including childcare, healthcare, counseling, transportation, and housing resources—we help remove barriers so women can thrive. As our Director of Finance & Operations, you'll serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering with the Executive Director to ensure the organization's financial strength and operational excellence. You'll provide strategic leadership for finance, budgeting, grants management, compliance, human resources, facilities, technology, and administrative operations while helping shape the future of an organization with an extraordinary mission. We're looking for someone who brings: ✔ 7+ years of nonprofit finance and operations experience ✔ Leadership in budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and grant compliance ✔ Experience leading HR and organizational operations ✔ Strong financial systems expertise, including QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets ✔ A collaborative leadership style and passion for mission-driven work What we offer:
    Salary:
    $95,000
    • 35-hour work week
