This is a fully onsite position offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact during a key leadership transition. Why This Controller Opportunity Stands Out Immediate opportunity to support a business-critical function during a leadership transition High visibility role with direct exposure to the CFO, senior management, and operational teams Ownership of key month-end close activities and financial reporting processes Opportunity to drive process improvements and enhance accounting workflows during a period of growth and change Key Responsibilities Oversee the accounts payable function and provide support in a high-volume AP environment Manage and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare, review, and upload financial reports and supporting schedules Review purchase requisition coding and assist with system tracking, analysis, and reporting Partner closely with the Accounting Manager and department leadership to provide financial analysis and operational support Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including high-volume accounts payable and month-end close responsibilities Strong hands-on experience with inventory accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
