Controller -Consumer Packaged Goods Westford, MA area (100% onsite) $100,000-$120,000 base + 20% bonus Overview We are seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations for a growing, mid-sized manufacturing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range (3-year) financial planning Manage working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and shareholders Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies Lead annual audit process and ensure compliance with reporting requirements Oversee fixed assets, capital planning, and cost center performance (P&L responsibility) Partner cross-functionally with operations to support plant performance and efficiency Manage and mentor accounting staff (1 direct report) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) Prior leadership or management experience required Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment preferred (open on industry) Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and overall technical proficiency For more information and immediate consideration, email Ryan Bredin a copy of your resume to rbredin@kbwfinancial.com MONKBW •KBW789• #LI-RB1
