This role will support the Controller across a complex, multi-entity structure, including trusts, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, private investments, and related family office entities. The base compensation for this role ranges from $200-220k based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close across a complex multi-entity structure Maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules on a tax basis of accounting Prepare tax-basis financial statements, management reports, and entity-level reporting Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax returns, estimated payments, tax workpapers, and notices Support tax compliance, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Assist with accounting for investments, distributions, contributions, loans, and entity restructurings Partner with tax, legal, investment, estate planning, and banking advisors Help improve accounting processes, controls, systems, and reporting Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong tax focus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CPA candidate preferred Strong understanding of tax-basis accounting Experience with family office, private investment, partnership, trust, or high-net-worth accounting preferred Big 4 or regional public accounting experience a strong plus Strong Excel and ERP experience; Sage Intacct preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment For immediate consideration, reach out to Kelly Lucey at for more information.
