Controller Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all accounting operations including financial close activities and reporting processes
- Monitor project financials, job costing, and WIP reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking
- Provide oversight of AP, AR, and payroll functions while maintaining internal controls
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and help drive systems improvements
Controller Qualifications:
- 8+ years of increasing responsibility within accounting or finance roles
- Prior experience in construction or project-focused environments with WIP exposure required
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms and financial systems management
- Self-starter capable of leading the accounting function with minimal oversight #
