What You'll Do Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Partner with plant and executive leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and operational guidance. Develop financial models and key performance metrics to drive profitability and support business decisions. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. Manage cash flow, capital expenditure planning, and financial risk. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional development. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies. Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred). 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and manufacturing operations. Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to improve financial performance. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
