Robert Half Controller Westborough, MA Apply Description We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team in Westborough, Massachusetts, on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee critical financial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of organizational systems to optimize financial operations.
• Prepare and oversee upcoming financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance on various ad hoc financial tasks and projects.
• Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support strategic planning by providing accurate financial insights and forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Monitor and control budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Requirements
• Proven experience in managing financial audits and ensuring compliance.
• Expertise in system implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
