Assistant Controller:

Overseeing general ledger including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Leading month- and year-end close processes and preparing financial statements Managing compliance for federal, state, and local grants Preparing schedules for annual audits Supervising a team of 5 accounting staff Reviewing internal controls, suggesting and implementing process improvement Background Expected of the

Assistant Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience) 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles Nonprofit industry experience highly preferred

Salary Range:

$100,000 - 125,000 depending on experience EB-2080733234
