Job Description
We are seeking a
- _Director of Finance_
- who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Basic Science Consortium Finance team within the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, supporting the financial management needs of multiple basic science departments and academic units through a centralized finance structure.
- Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- + Oversee the production and reconciliation of annual operating and capital budgets + Maintain continuous involvement with leadership to ensure that all factors are considered for the annual budget.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Master's Degree in related field and/or Certified Public Accountant license. + Professional experience in higher education or an academic medical center.
