Create executive-level dashboards focused on revenue generation, margins, cash flow, productivity, and overall business performance.
Translate financial data into clear recommendations for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Finance OperationsLead the day-to-day finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Oversee revenue cycle activities, collections, vendor payments, cash management, and general accounting operations.
Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
