Controller - Broad Leadership Role (Accounting + Operations)I'm partnering with a growing $30M construction company to hire a Controller who will take ownership of the accounting function while also overseeing select HR compliance and administrative processes.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Controller or strong Assistant Controller who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a trusted right hand to ownership.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years experienceController or Assistant Controller ready to step upExperience in a small to mid-sized company environmentBackground in construction, property management, or project-based accounting is a plusSomeone comfortable being hands-on and owning multiple areas of the business
