Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop an accounting team of 5-6 professionals Oversee the monthly close process and divisional financial reporting Manage day-to-day accounting operations Partner closely with operational leadership and cross-functional departments Analyze financial performance and support business decision-making Roll up your sleeves and dive into the details when needed

Ideal Background:
