Controller:
Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, analyzing performance against targets and addressing variances to support informed decision-making. Develop and track KPIs, delivering clear financial insights and strategic guidance to leadership on operations, investments, and growth initiatives. Manage financial risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks to ensure operational integrity and protect company assets. Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and project accounting operations. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and lead the annual audit process while maintaining tax and regulatory compliance. Administer and enhance ERP and financial systems, while managing cash flow and maintaining banking relationships. Analyze project financial performance, including profitability, budgeting, and cost control, partnering with project managers to ensure alignment with financial goals. Oversee billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client invoicing. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure data accuracy and safeguard financial assets. Controller:
7-20 years of experience within the design, engineering, architecture, or construction industries Experience with Vantagepoint and/or Deltek Vision software is a must #LI-CC3 #INJUN2026
