Type:

full-time Consilio's Direct Hire Recruiting Team is partnering with a globally recognized Am Law 100 firm to identify an Assistant Controller to join their DC office.

Location:

Washington, DC (

Hybrid:

3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Salary:

$140,000-$160,000, depending on experience This leadership role will partner closely with the Controller and oversee key accounting functions, including:

• Financial reporting and general ledger oversight
• Month-end and year-end close
• Audit and tax coordination
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Internal controls and compliance
• Team management and development
• Process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Law firm experience strongly preferred, professional services background considered
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with Aderant or Sage systems strongly preferred ELS Consilio Direct Hire Division staff's positions for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
