Assistant Controller Salary:
$135,000 – $165,000

Key Responsibilities for the
Assistant Controller:
Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals. Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPI reporting, budgets, and forecasts. Manage WIP reporting, project forecasting, and percentage-of-completion accounting. Supervise AR, AP, job costing/contracts, fixed assets, and general ledger activities. Support annual audits, quarterly reviews, tax schedules, and compliance requirements. Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls. Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
