About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Dealership Controller to oversee our financial operations and guide our business accounting. Operating out of a franchise dealership with a large vehicle inventory, this role manages financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting procedures for a high-volume facility selling 100-150 units per month. Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial accounting operations, month-end/year-end closing processes, and financial statement preparation. Manage vehicle inventory accounting, deal auditing, title management, and office staff. Maintain cash flow oversight, contract funding, schedules, and floorplan management. Partner with department directors and executive management to drive financial performance and cost controls. Qualifications Proven experience as a Controller or Accounting Director in an auto retail dealership setting. Strong knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack. In-depth understanding of automotive accounting procedures, deal structure, and floorplan administration. High proficiency in financial analysis, team leadership, and organization.

$120,000-$160,000/year (Competitive base salary + incentive bonus package)
