FCA Group The NA Compliance Controller is responsible for owning and reporting all actuals, forecasts, and long-range plans for US and Canada emissions compliance (greenhouse gasses and fuel economy). They will meet regularly with the planning, business development, legal, and Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance (TSRC); staying up to date on the latest legislation, purchase credit opportunities, and regulatory enforcement. Regulatory Compliance accruals make up a significant amount of the off-standard expense in the P&L and this individual will be tasked with identifying risks and opportunities, short and long term, in this space.
