You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview What You'll Do This position is responsible for: Consolidation and reporting of financials for all U.S. and Canadian Assembly Plants Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to Assembly Plant financials Review, develop, and consolidate Manufacturing Assembly business plans as well as reviewing model year budgets and capitalization forecasts Present monthly results to the Director of North America Manufacturing Finance Provide guidance and frequent interaction with Manufacturing Operations personnel as well as Assembly Plant Finance staffs Create on-demand budgets for special studies used by senior management in making long-term investment decisions What You'll Learn A diversified experience working with a variety of people in different roles at both Corporate and Plant level to accomplish overall department objectives A better understanding of actual and forecasted Financial Performance A deep understanding of annual budgets and forecasts adjusted for the new model year budget standards Additional exposure to SOX, compliance and internal controls What This Role Will Prepare You For These roles provide direction, review, and the validation of plant financial information Exposure to senior management by presenting financial performance Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant Finance experience Demonstrated success in financial analysis, process improvements, and leading a project or a team Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite products and financial consolidation tools Preferred Qualifications MBA, CMA, CPA or equivalent Preferably industrial environment experience SAP, and Hyperion Essbase Benefits Salaried Employee Benefits (US, Non-Represented) Health & Wellbeing Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability.
